Is it safe? What about privacy?

Information gathered by Use It Better™ does not in fact vary from typical website statistics. Besides user mouse movement and flash events, we retrieve a user browser, screen resolution. Neither user’s hostname nor IP address or any other private data are recorded, hence a visitor can by no means be identified as a real person. Anything you enter in a form is by default password protected not to reveal your personal credentials.

How do I integrate Use It Better™ with my website?

We have put a lot of effort to make the Use It Better™ implementation as smooth as possible. Use It Better™ can work in 2 modes: manual and automated (AS3 only).
Yet, even in the automated mode, some manual work might be inevitable. But in fact, it’s a piece of cake.

Is my website compatible with Use It Better™?

There are just a few requirements you need to comply with to benefit from Use It Better™:

• your website has to be written in ActionScript 2 or 3,
• you will need to recompile your Adobe Flash movie – make sure you have the source files,
• if your Adobe Flash website or application is hosted in your local network or intranet make sure it can access our servers.

What problems can I encounter using beta version of your service?

One of the aims of beta phase is to get feedback from you to see what problems you encountered and how you managed to solve them.

If Adobe Flash is so great and you can test it with Use It Better™ then why this site is HTML only?

Good point! HTML is great too and is much easier to use. We have decided to make this site on Wordpress and have more time to work on Use It Better™ beta.

I work for a large advertising company and we want a tool which can track how long people interact with our flash banners. Would this do the job?

You can test banners, however Use It Better™ is dedicated to websites, games and application – in other words – huge things. For tracking banners try an ad server i.e. http://www.eyeblaster.com/
