If you do not agree with following terms and conditions, do not register for or use Use It Better™ service.

This is an agreement between you (the “Client”) and Use It Better (the “Service Provider”) in which Client agrees to use Use It Better™ service (the “Service”) including provided code, online applications and documentation, and promises:

1. to use the Service carefully and not to use it in any way which might result in any loss to the Service Provider or any third party property or information;
2. not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal;
3. to prevent any unauthorized use of the Service.

License

Client shall have only a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the Service for an unspecified period. Client acknowledges that and agrees to it.

Signing this agreement does not obligate the Service Provider to continue to develop, maintain, support, repair or in any other way continue to provide or develop the Service either to the Client or to any other party.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of the Service provided to you.

Termination

To terminate account and/or stop using the Service at any time Client shell contact support@useitbetter.com.

Accounts inactive for period of 30 days will be automatically deleted which results in termination of Service.

Use It Better may at any time, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, terminate or suspend your account and/or terminate the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: a) violations of the Terms and Conditions or any other policies or guidelines that are referenced herein and/or posted on the Service; b) a request by you to delete or terminate your account; (c) discontinuance or material modification to the Service or any part thereof; (d) a request and/or order from law enforcement, a judicial body, or other government agency; (e) where provision of the Service to you is or may become unlawful; (f) failure to pay any fees owed by you in relation to the Service. Any such termination or suspension shall be made by Use It Better in its sole discretion, without any refund to you of any prepaid fees or amounts, and Use It Better will not be responsible to you or any third party for any damages that may result or arise out of such termination or suspension of your account and/or access to the Service.

Service Provider Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE SERVICE PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE SERVICE IS BELIEVED TO CONTAIN DEFECTS AND ONE PURPOSE OF THIS BETA TEST LICENSE IS TO IDENTIFY DEFECTS. YOU ARE ADVISED TO SAFEGUARD IMPORTANT DATA, TO USE CAUTION AND TO NOT RELY IN ANY WAY ON THE CORRECT FUNCTIONING OR PERFORMANCE OF SOFTWARE.

Use It Better reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service without notice. Any new enhancements or changes to the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
